Prestigio launches MultiPad PMP5080Pro.

Prestigio, an internationally recognized manufacturer of GPS Navigation devices, Tablet PCs and eBook Readers, desktop PCs and related peripherals and accessories, unveils MultiPad 5080 Pro, the new upgraded version of the popular tablet PMP5080 with increased RAM, storage capacity and Android 4.0 out of the box. 

Prestigio has added another tablet to the MultiPad family, called MultiPad 5080 Pro (PMP5080CPRO) which is the upgraded version of the award-winning MultiPad 5080, which is in its turn the recognized price-performance leader in many markets throughout EMEA.

The new MultiPad provides increased 1GB RAM memory and doubles the storage capacity to 8GB, sharing other hardware specifications with the recent MultiPad 5080: - ARM Cortex-A8 1GHz CPU, 5,000mAh battery capacity, 4 way G-sensor screen rotation, capacitive 8inch display with 800x600 pixels and high speed WiFi 802.11 b|g|n etc.

In addition, the built-in front webcam has been relocated to the center of the top side, following the suggestions of owners of the previous version. All other popular features like the high quality rubber coating, the very responsive multitouch display, just as the extra-long battery-lifetime for best mobility and the excellent playback of Full HD videos up to 1080p remain with the MultiPad 5080 Pro.

As for the software, the MultiPad 5080 Pro sports Google’s latest version of Android, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

Prestigio MultiPad 5080 Pro also includes Google Play and a number of preinstalled applications, including over $10 worth Office Suite Pro, Angry Birds Gmail, video player, YouTube and many others.
